Your Kindle will then run through a brief setup and registration process before offering you a list of Wi-Fi networks to select from; simply use your password to join one. Follow instructions provided by Amazon in order to connect wirelessly.
Your Kindle may show a screensaver when first booted up if it has not been actively being used. To wake it up, press and hold the power button or tap the screen. Step 2: Enter your Amazon account information

Your purchase options for Kindle books include visiting Amazon on either a computer or mobile phone and then downloading them using the Kindle reading app on that device.
